In the movie, William Wallace was the real hero. In original, he married a girl. In their
tradition, the public girl who wanted to marry should contribute the first night to the England nobles. So William Wallace
wanted to marry the girl without public. Later, the nobles found out this thing, the girl was killed. William Wallace was
very angry with that, so he decided to against the England. In the war, he was the leader, and everyone adored him. But in
the end, he was betrayed. And he was killed by the England.
Actually,
I seldom watch the war movie, because I think that it’s too bloody.

I didn't expect this
movie because I think Mel Gibson is just actor.
But he reappear rear William Wallace.
And he became a famous director.
